The course is a certified package of measures from the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center to introduce you to the training and workplace as well as to identify, reduce or eliminate barriers to placement in accordance with Section 45 Para. 1 SGB III.
The “Tackling instead of waiting” measure serves to impart expanded and in-depth professional qualifications and has been offered with great success for many years at the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center in Amberg at Kaiser-Ludwig-Ring 9. In addition to the important knowledge transfer, a company internship is planned. Our internal employment agents will support you during the course with both your internship and job search. You will also benefit from the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center's numerous contacts with companies and institutions.

Market-oriented thinking implies future-oriented action. Projections and forecasts predict an unprecedented nursing shortage in the coming decades. If one also takes into account the demographic development in Germany, there is an urgent need for action!
As a result, it is urgently necessary to recruit enough qualified helpers in the areas of geriatric care, services and volunteer work for the next 20 - 25 years.
Trained, volunteer helpers should not be in short supply. They will be needed more than ever in the future and may be able to use this route to get into a job subject to social insurance contributions on the primary labor market.

In this course you will be trained to become a geriatric nurse! With the newly founded technical school, the ISE is responding to the constantly increasing inquiries from the Federal Employment Agency, care facilities and, of course, interested people who would like to learn this profession.
People in need of care with dementia-related impairments, mental illnesses or intellectual disabilities usually have a significant general need for supervision and care.

On Friday, July 29, 2013, the two graduating classes, geriatric nurses (3-year training) and geriatric nursing assistants (1-year training) from the ISE vocational school for geriatric care and geriatric care assistance in Amberg celebrated their anniversary in a festive and joyful setting successful completion of the training.
