The course is a certified package of measures from the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center to introduce you to the training and workplace as well as to identify, reduce or eliminate barriers to placement in accordance with Section 45 Para. 1 SGB III.
The target group is people with a migrant background who are registered with the employment agency or job center and need such further training to increase their professional opportunities.
If the personal requirements are met, participation in the course can be funded by the responsible employment agency or the job center. Customers will be issued an education voucher for this purpose.
Company investigations are always a good opportunity to take a look at the processes and organization of different companies. They also help to counteract the so-called operational blindness, which is still firmly anchored in many people due to their own experiences in their own company.
