A job with a future
The relatively young profession of personnel services clerk (PDLK) is now enjoying great acceptance. Personnel services clerks are primarily employed in temporary employment agencies/employee leasing, where they procure staff for their clients. In addition, of course, they coordinate the deployment of personnel and try to acquire new orders and look after customers well. In addition, there are also career opportunities for personnel services clerks in the human resources departments of larger companies.
The ISE language and vocational training center is offering retraining in this training occupation for the first time in autumn 2013.
Imparting knowledge of automotive technology
Erstmalig führt das ISE Sprach- und Berufsbildungszentrum in Kooperation mit der Maxhütte Technologie GmbH & Co. KG eine Kenntnisvermittlung in der Kfz-Technik in Sulzbach-Rosenberg durch. Die Bildungsmaßnahme ist speziell auf den Personenkreis der Flüchtlinge und Migranten konzipiert. Im Rahmen der Maßnahme kann jeder Teilnehmer grundlegende Sprachkenntnisse im berufsbezogenen Deutsch erwerben und sich einen soliden Grundwortschaft in der Kfz-Branche aneignen. Praktische Unterweisungen werden in einer Kfz-Werkstätte durchgeführt werden.

The ISE Language and Vocational Training Center is now offering a coaching measure to compensate for imbalances in individual life situations. A personal coach from ISE will provide you with psychosocial advice, support and support in dealing with personal life situations and other relevant obstacles. Registration – if you belong to the eligible group of people – is initially done via your employment agent or case manager at the job center. In this case you will not incur any costs. Measure to teach German at work and key qualifications for migrants and refugees
In order to enable our new fellow citizens to have a professional future in Germany, clear and binding rules are needed. In one course, the ISE offers a concept for the fair but sustainable teaching of language skills and key skills that are required in working life in Germany.
Practical professional qualification in warehouse logistics with forklift training and job-related language training
The target group is people with a migrant background who are registered with the employment agency or job center and need such further training to increase their professional opportunities.
If the personal requirements are met, participation in the course can be funded by the responsible employment agency or the job center. Customers will be issued an education voucher for this purpose.
Activation and mediation with intensive support
The “Activation and Placement with Intensive Support” measure, which the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center has been successfully implementing since April 1, 2015 in collaboration with the AM-AS job center in Amberg and Sulzbach-Rosenberg, supports unemployed people in their job search through intensive support. The goal of professional integration is pursued through placement support. The ISE language and vocational training centers have now been able to help numerous course participants find suitable jobs and improve their career prospects.
