At the end of April, the 11 participants in the “Business English with LCCI certification and IT knowledge transfer” course in Amberg were able to receive their certificates from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) - rightly with pride, because all of them achieved either the grade “Pass with Distinction “ or “Pass with Merit”, i.e. grade 1 or 2.

Awakening interest and being convincing through naturalness – these are requirements that every person more or less consciously places on their communication partners. Successful across the board – awarding of certificate for SAP R/3 clerk
A very happy event, especially in view of the predominantly excellent examination results, was the awarding of the final certificates in the “SAP R/3 clerk” qualification, which was held in Amberg through the cooperation of the educational providers ISE Language and Vocational Training Center and CDT Nuremberg took place. During the approximately seven months (September 10, 2012 - April 9, 2013), the participants were trained very intensively in the disciplines of accounting, IT and especially SAP. With the coveted SAP user certificate and the ISE/CDT certificate, participants receive further proof of qualification for their application documents. Some participants have now received a job offer.
Focus on work – a successful and wonderful time – thanks to everyone!
The “Focus Career” course (Course 1) took place in this form for the first time from July 2nd, 2012 to April 10th, 2013. During this course, the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center had a wide range of course content available for the participants: from teaching general education, basic and specialist knowledge for the job, key qualifications, communication skills to teaching IT topics. Practical communication basic seminar
The training is aimed at people who need to communicate more orally due to a new professional situation. The basic seminar teaches the most important basics of interpersonal communication. Depending on the professional group and needs, special advanced seminars can be booked.
Read stories – travel in your head
This event is dedicated to the theory and practice of speaking literary texts. The aim is to work with you to find an appropriate interpretation and form of presentation of various texts that will meet “excited ears” at home, in kindergarten or at school.
Media coaching – call center communication
The efficiency and success of telecommunications are based on employees' ability to communicate at all times. Speaking is the most important tool in the professional life of a call center employee. His performance depends on his speaking qualities, vocal health and his differentiated linguistic abilities and skills.
In this course you will not only learn the rhetorical basics of the structure and process of consulting and sales discussions. You will gain an intensive insight into the professional field of telecommunications from a speech training and phonetic perspective.
Speech and presentation training
