Upper Palatinate economy

Employers have a social Responsibility for your employees, but are they doing justice to this? Can they actually still do justice to this today? Admittedly it is difficult. The ISE employment agents are in very close contact with various large and small employers in Amberg and the entire Amberg-Sulzbach district. None of the employers here are in the same league as Opel and none of them will be able to count on a government bailout if things don't go better this year than in 2009. The number of employees in most companies - despite all the politicians' lip service - is sufficient low.

Best and worst case analyzes are carried out in economic planning. The best case analysis for the labor market in Amberg, the Amberg-Sulzbach district and the Schwandorf area is simple: the economy is picking up, the crisis is over, orders are being generated and jobs are being created. But what is the worst case scenario? In the worst case scenario, the region's well-known large employers will be subject to widespread layoffs at all company levels, or even insolvency applications will have to be filed. The consequences for the regions – not to mention the people – would be catastrophic.

But no one knows what the prospects for 2010 really are.
