Passed the SAP exam with distinction

Not only the participants in the SAP qualification measure had reason to be happy about the good to very good exam results, but also the representatives of the employment agency, especially the new branch manager Manfred Tröppl (left). Image: Uschald

On the mountain. (usc) If that wasn't a successful premiere for the new Amberg branch manager of the employment agency, Manfred Tröppl, all twelve participating women and women took part in the qualification measure sponsored by the employment agency to acquire the SAP user certification "Financial Accounting" at the ISE language and vocational training center Men completed with good to very good grades. According to Tröppl, this increases the chance of finding a qualified job.

The full-time program for the commercial qualification “Specialist in Accounting with SAP ERP Financials” lasted eight months. During the almost six-week internship, Helmut Albrecht from ISE received “only good feedback” from the internship companies. According to ISE managing director Peter Blendowski, this gave hope for good exam results. And that's how it was.

According to Blendowski, financial accounting was a refresher of knowledge for some participants, but for others it was hard work because it was new territory. All twelve participants persevered from the start. “We've never had this before, where not only did everyone pass, but eight of them even took the exam with distinction,” stated Blendowski, not without pride. Because the failure rate elsewhere is 25 percent.

Manfred Tröppl from the employment agency was happy with the participants about the now very good chances of finding a qualified job. “With this degree, the best possible entry point should be guaranteed,” said Tröppl optimistically. Manuela Luber, team leader for general employment services, noted that the graduates had very good contacts and networks. Her joy at the best exam result to date was written on her face. And measures supervisor Ruben Höhn added: “You are well positioned and will have professional success, even if it doesn’t work out right away.”

Of the ten women and two men, some had already made firm commitments before completing the course. ISE, says Peter Blendowski, also offers help in finding a qualified job after the course ends.
