Both of us (Jessica Wolf and Monika Donhauser) are currently attending a training course with qualifications and intensive support at the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center, which lasts a total of 8 weeks.
The intensive support helps us find a new job. You can always raise personal problems with our lecturers and supervisors. The ISE employees then work hard to find a suitable way to solve the difficulties for us and also help us to find the right contact person at authorities, etc.
We feel very well looked after at the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center and are confident that we will find a new job. We research the newspapers and look for vacancies on the Internet, write applications and make phone calls to the respective employers. Our lecturers also support us in completing trial work as part of the measure. This allows us to prove to employers that we are fit for the job.
It looks like we both made a good impression at the interview and the test paper. Since our reviews were very positive, we have a good chance of finding regular employment as a kitchen helper and saleswoman. Almost every day colleagues leave the program and start working in different companies.
We can really recommend the measure; many people managed to find a job.
