Caregivers successfully trained again
The management of the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center is rightly proud of the work of its lecturers in the nursing sector: in times of economic crisis, it is worthy of honor to know that half of the course participants are already employed before the end of the course. In addition, this was not the first successful qualification to become a carer in accordance with Section 87b SGB
50 percent work in progress
At the ISE Sprach- und Berufsbildungszentrum GmbH in Amberg, another qualification to become a carer in nursing homes has come to an end after three months of lessons and internship. The 16 participants included both experienced nursing assistants and “newbies”. Together they got to know the field of work of a carer and were given the necessary tools and background knowledge to be able to carry out the job successfully.
As in the previous courses, the lessons were divided into practical and theoretical teaching blocks. In addition to basic knowledge of nursing and various illnesses, the course participants were also trained in the area of lifespan and living space design. In the company internships, the course participants were given the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in professional reality and gain initial experience. The internship has once again proven itself as a career start because the course participants were able to draw positive attention to themselves and convince potential employers of their skills. Eight of the 16 participants were able to receive employment confirmation before the course ended.
The management of ISE and all lecturers wish the graduates much success and all the best!
