From the Institute for Enculturation to the ISE Sprach- und Berufsbildungszentrum GmbH
Our trademarks – quality, flexibility, professionalism
The Institute for Language and Enculturation was founded as a language school by Mr. Walter Ringer 20 years ago. After the professional integration of our course participants could not be fully achieved as part of the language courses, we designed various professional adjustment measures in collaboration with the Amberg and Sulzbach-Rosenberg employment offices. Our course participants received social-educational support and company contacts were established.
In the 1990s, in addition to looking after late repatriates, there were repeated requests to offer job-related measures for all job seekers in the Amberg-Sulzbach district and the city of Amberg. This is how the first training measures for the unemployed came about in 1996. The courses we offered were always fully booked and we had to expand our range of courses to meet demand. We were able to place a high percentage of our course participants in employment contracts subject to social insurance contributions.
After many years of collaboration with the former Amberg and Sulzbach-Rosenberg employment offices in matters of further training, our private employment agency was founded in 2005. Our existing contacts with over 400 companies in the region were consolidated and expanded to more than 660 companies (as of 2008).
Due to the very good teaching quality of the speakers and the appropriate pedagogical concepts, the ISE was certified by TÜV Rheinland in February 2006. In the same year we received approval as an LCCI and ECDL training and examination center and now also offer SAP training in cooperation with the CDT from Nuremberg.
In recent years, in addition to job seekers, many private individuals who want to acquire or improve language skills or who would like to receive further training in IT have turned to us. But employers have also increasingly contacted us to have their employees sustainably trained by experienced lecturers. This was the reason for us to actively expand the corporate training business area.
Today we can look back on around 15,000 course participants and our institute has a very good reputation among local educational institutions. Even after the name change, teaching quality remains a top priority for our company. The lecturers meet regularly in various working groups and develop new concepts.
The predominantly positive feedback from course participants and our clients documents our success.
