The CV is the heart of your application. It is particularly important to ensure that there are no time gaps in your CV. Common mistakes in CVs are:
- the CV is not structured backwards in time
- the CV contains time gaps
- an inconsistent date spelling
- Data in the CV does not match job references
- Information on party/religious affiliation for personal information (with exceptions)
- different heading formatting
- different indentations
- Job, employer and/or tasks are not mentioned
- outdated, or no date
- etc.
