The booming warehouse and logistics industry will continue to need qualified employees in the next few years. There are many reasons for this, including globalization, the rapid increase in online trading, broader and deeper global networks, shorter product life cycles, increased demands for flexibility, and outsourcing trends. Logistics is experiencing stable growth rates and therefore requires qualified personnel.
The control of the flow of goods and information, the handling and transport as well as the storage of goods are important functions in our economy based on the division of labor.
Sustainability is also a top priority in logistics with “Green Logistics”. Tours are planned more efficiently and fleet management is becoming more and more ecological. You will soon understand how important proper and species-appropriate storage is and how this should be done.
Logistics deals with a variety of contexts. Above all, it is about ensuring that the right goods are made available in the right quantity and quality under the most economical conditions possible at the right time and place.
Suitability assessment:
Before the start of the measures, an aptitude interview with the employment agent takes place at the job center or employment agency. At the customer's request, a personal interview with the educational provider can then be arranged.
Orientation phase:
During the orientation phase after the internship, the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center will support participants in finding a job. Contacts with employers and internship companies are intensified. The application documents are updated as part of an application training.
