Application process – up to date with ISE and StepStone
According to a survey by StepStone, online applications are increasingly gaining ground over traditional applications. StepStone conducted a survey on application behavior among 4,500 specialists and managers.
According to this survey,
- Almost 90 percent search for jobs on the Internet,
- Find out more about applying for free and quickly on the Internet
- and applicants try not to post too much information on network platforms.
Further results of this survey are that more than half of the applicants do not create individual application documents and even refrain from writing structured CVs. In addition, more than half of the candidates have the “after the job is before the job” attitude.
