German at a high level!

On the mountain. (usc) Learning German at a higher level represents a high but surmountable hurdle for immigrants. This was evident in the “Job-related German language module B2” course at the ISE language and vocational training center. Despite the short training period, at least 14 people were able to achieve the desired qualification.

Perseverance, iron will and hard work

The invited guests were delighted at the closing ceremony, such as office manager Manfred Tröppl from the Amberg employment agency, Rainer Liermann from the Amberg-Sulzbach job center, home manager, ward manager, specialists and trainers as well as headmistress of the ISE vocational school Ilona Lang, managing director Roland Domogalla from the ISE vocational school and ISE managing director Peter Blendowski with the graduates about the great results.

On the mountain. (usc) The six young women and one colleague who endured three years at the Amberg ISE vocational school at Kaiser-Ludwig-Ring demonstrated perseverance, iron will and hard work. You have achieved your goal and can now call yourself a “state-certified geriatric nurse.” At the same time, eight women passed the exam to become “state-certified nursing assistants” with very good success. Her course lasted a year.

Passed the SAP exam with distinction

Foundation built for their lives

(usc) “By taking part in the integration course with the goal B1, you have built the foundation for your life in Germany.” This is how ISE managing director Peter Blendowski described the certificate that 17 of 24 participants from ten nations acquired at the vocational training institute. Four achieved knowledge level A2 below.

(usc) “We must not waste time unnecessarily in integrating refugees.” The head of the Amberg-Sulzbach job center, Sonja Schleicher, emphasized this during a visit to the ISE education center. A two-month bridging measure was run there to impart basic knowledge of German to predominantly young refugees.

Warehouse logistics specialist: Many graduates already have confirmations!

After receiving their IHK certificates, warehouse logistics specialists can look forward to good job offers in the economy.

Amberg (usc) “ISE offers the best guarantee for a solid education”. Franz Elsner attested to this on the last day of his professional life as head of the employment agency at the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center educational institution. 14 men successfully went to school for 18 months or two years to become warehouse clerks or warehouse logistics specialists.

Focus on work and work makes you mobile!

Unsere Teilnehmer der derzeit laufenden Maßnahme Fokus „Beruf & Arbeit“ lernen das Leben und Arbeiten in Deutschland immer besser kennen. Derzeit befinden sich vier Teilnehmer im Praktikum. Drei Personen konnten wir bereits dazu verhelfen, eine Arbeitsstelle zu finden. Auch für die anderen Teilnehmer stehen die Chancen gut, Ihren beruflichen Wünschen ein großes Stück näher zu kommen.

It is possible: take life in new directions - the ESF course shows success

Course leader Thomas Klein (in the middle, 2nd row) is happy with the other ISE lecturers and the participants about the success of this qualification.

With the qualification to become a nursing assistant for geriatric care, the fourth ESF project at the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center Amberg has now successfully ended in close cooperation with the AM-AS job center, which was financed, among other things, by the European Social Fund (ESF).

The world is a guest in Amberg

The participants in the integration course are proud of their achievements. E. Rohrer (BAMF), Mr. Schott (Amberg Foreigners' Office), Ms. Mertel (Am-Su District Office/Immigrants' Office), Ms. Wießmann (CJD) and the ISE course leader A. Mussetti congratulated the graduates on their good results.

“Buenos dias” was how the participants from the Dominican Republic greeted me, “Sawadee khap” were the first words of our guest from Thailand, “Mahabar” was what the participants from Syria called out to me and “Jó napot” was how Hungarian participants entered the room. Also heard were “ruuz bakheyr”, “Miredita”, “dzien dobry”, “Kalimera”, “Buon Giorno” and “dobar dan”.
