With the ESF-funded project qualification to become a nursing assistant for the long-term unemployed, the ISE language and vocational training center, in cooperation with the job center AM-AS, specifically supports unemployed employees in improving their professional opportunities on the Bavarian labor market.

On Friday, July 29, 2013, the two graduating classes, geriatric nurses (3-year training) and geriatric nursing assistants (1-year training) from the ISE vocational school for geriatric care and geriatric care assistance in Amberg celebrated their anniversary in a festive and joyful setting successful completion of the training.
Opportunity, enthusiasm, focus... Many people have asked themselves what this is all about. These are measures primarily to impart specialist skills and to train practice-oriented key qualifications. On July 19th, 2013 and July 22nd, 2013 the participants were pleased to receive their certificates.
The ISE vocational school for geriatric care and geriatric care assistance starts two training courses in the nursing and geriatric care sector in Amberg every year.
The training positions are in great demand. If you decide now, with a bit of luck you can still get one of the few training places in the apprenticeships

At the end of April, the 11 participants in the “Business English with LCCI certification and IT knowledge transfer” course in Amberg were able to receive their certificates from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) - rightly with pride, because all of them achieved either the grade “Pass with Distinction “ or “Pass with Merit”, i.e. grade 1 or 2.
During the retraining as a warehouse logistics specialist at the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center (Sulzbach-Rosenberg location), a total of two internship periods, each lasting approximately three months, are required.

Under a completely cloudless sky, the participants of one of our IHK retraining courses to become warehouse logistics specialists were able to enjoy an interesting and cheerful harbor tour on Wednesday, April 24, 2013.
A very happy event, especially in view of the predominantly excellent examination results, was the awarding of the final certificates in the “SAP R/3 clerk” qualification, which was held in Amberg through the cooperation of the educational providers ISE Language and Vocational Training Center and CDT Nuremberg took place. During the approximately seven months (September 10, 2012 - April 9, 2013), the participants were trained very intensively in the disciplines of accounting, IT and especially SAP. With the coveted SAP user certificate and the ISE/CDT certificate, participants receive further proof of qualification for their application documents. Some participants have now received a job offer.
The “Focus Career” course (Course 1) took place in this form for the first time from July 2nd, 2012 to April 10th, 2013. During this course, the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center had a wide range of course content available for the participants: from teaching general education, basic and specialist knowledge for the job, key qualifications, communication skills to teaching IT topics. There was also reason to be happy at the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center on Friday, February 8th, 2013: The course participants were presented with certificates for the successful completion of the integration course in Amberg. The German language course began on May 29, 2012 and was successfully completed on January 10, 2013 with the orientation course on the topic of Germany.
Managing director Peter Blendowski from the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center congratulated the course participants on their good results. The aim of the course, namely to prepare immigrants to participate equally in life in Germany, was achieved. Mr. Rohrer from the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees pointed out that only good language skills can ensure success on the job market.
