Module 2: Computer Use and File Management
Start the computer and programs; The Windows window; mouse techniques; elements of the computer; Work with folders and files; The Windows XP operating system;
Module 3: Word processing Word
letter writing; Format, position and copy text; Functions for creating large documents; tables; tabs and graphics; mail merge and document templates; file formats; Import data from a spreadsheet;
Module 4: Spreadsheet Excel
Getting Started in Excel; Arithmetic with Excel; features, formatting and printing; insert, sort and move cells; Information about numbers, texts and calculations; create diagrams; File formats and data import;
Module 5: Databases
create database; Modify tables, queries, forms and reports; putting tables into relationships; Obtain information from a database using queries and sorting functions;
Module 6: Presentation
Creating, formatting, modifying and preparing presentations; Copy and move text, images, graphics and diagrams within a presentation and between presentations; Perform tasks using graphs, diagrams and drawn objects; Apply slide presentation effects
Module 7: Information and Communication
