Blickpunkt Berufs is an offer for single women. With this measure, participants can find out what and how they want to work. “Blickpunkt Berufs” plans the path there with you.
“Blickpunkt Berufs” is a very successful career search offering. Since 1994, more than 300 women between the ages of 18 and 40 have successfully taken part. Over half then found permanent employment or accepted a training or retraining position.
The aim of the course is to take up a part-time job, start training or retraining.
As a cooperation partner, the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center is carrying out some module sections of this project - especially in the IT area.

Who can participate?
Single women who want to start a career. The course lasts a total of eleven months.
Process of the measure
1. Career orientation
- Lerntraining
- EDV-Training
- Promotion of job-relevant qualifications
- Support with parenting questions and personal problems
- Get to know different professions
- practical work testing in various areas
- Creative project
2. Career entry
- Deepening the content of the first training unit
- intensive application training
- EDV-Training
3. Professional internship
- Internship in a company with the prospect of being hired
- Weekly course days for support and exchange of experiences
- Introductory and final days to settle formal matters.
During the course, the participants receive accompanying advice from employees of the Amberg-Sulzbach working group.

During all modules, participants receive help in finding care options for their children.
