A certified package of measures from the ISE vocational school for geriatric care and geriatric care assistance (non-profit GmbH)

- The ISE language and vocational training center is an approved provider under employment promotion law. Approved by the expert body of TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH – a certification body accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS).
- If the personal requirements are met, funding can be provided by the employment agency or the job center. You will receive an education voucher for this purpose. Employers can apply for funding for their employees under the WeGebAU program (Info: Employer Service of the Employment Agency).
- The costs of the measures are explained in the training contract. There are no costs for holders of an education voucher.
- Participants are provided with lesson scripts and books free of charge.
- The number of participants is 12 to 20 people.
- The course includes holiday periods, which will be communicated to the participants at the beginning of the measure.
- Requirements for starting training:
- Health aptitude
– Secondary school diploma
– Minimum age: 16 years - Hourly training: Duration 1 year, theory: 800 UE, practice: 650 UE
(1 UE = 1 teaching unit, equivalent to 45 minutes each
1 PE = 1 internship unit, equivalent to 45 minutes each)
About Us:
In 2010, the ISE language and vocational training center founded the vocational school for geriatric care and geriatric care assistance, which has now become well established in the region. Since 2013/2015, the ISE vocational school has had state recognition as a vocational school in the healthcare sector.

Module 1: professional German in geriatric care (640 units)
- Training the skills to speak, write and actively listen correctly
