Computer Skills Training (AVGS)

The course is a certified package of measures from the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center to introduce you to the training and workplace as well as to identify, reduce or eliminate barriers to placement in accordance with Section 45 Para. 1 SGB III.

Operating experience

• As part of the course, a four-week internship takes place.
• The search for a suitable internship position takes place during the specialist theory phase.
• The participants' own initiative is encouraged and required.
• The ISE supports all participants in finding an internship.
• The aim of the measure is to take up employment subject to social insurance contributions.

Methodology and strategies in the measure:

• Frontal teaching in sensibly portioned topic packages
• Project work to promote personal initiative and teamwork
• Work in small groups to assess social skills
• Autodidactic learning
• Practical instructions and company explorations
• Trial internships
• Personal support and individual discussions
• Support in placement in employment or training

Other important information:

• The start of the course is determined by ISE.
• The total number of hours and the content of the measures are explained in the training contract. There are no costs for holders of an activation and placement voucher.
• Scripts will be provided to participants free of charge.

Certification: The ISE Language and Vocational Training Center is an approved provider under employment promotion law. Approved by the expert body of TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH – a certification body accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS).
