Nursing assistant proud of new profession

Nursing assistant – responsibility and perseverance

Despite the economic crisis, the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center was able to congratulate 60 percent of the participants on an employment contract subject to social insurance contributions before the course ended. “But the remaining course participants will also be able to be integrated into the job market very soon,” says Dorothea Prechtl, course leader of the nursing course.

The ISE Language and Vocational Training Center has been conducting training and qualifications for nursing assistants for many years. Working as a geriatric care assistant is by no means something to be taken lightly, but rather a job that entails a lot of responsibility and complex tasks. During the seven-month training at the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center in Amberg, strength and endurance were crucial for the course participants to ultimately reach their goal. This means that course participants can rightly receive their certificates with pride.

ISE continues to support students

The ISE's very good contacts with the care facilities in Amberg and the Amberg-Sulzbach district, coupled with the excellent performance of the course participants, led to the signing of several employment contracts before the end of the course. But the remaining course participants are also well on their way to a job that requires social security contributions. Some applications have still remained unanswered, some course participants still have an interview imminent and some course participants are expecting a decision any day. Of course, the course participants will continue to be supported by ISE in finding work – if they wish.

The entire ISE, and the teaching team in particular, congratulates the graduates of this nursing course.
