The measure “The be-all and end-all for job seekers” is a lasting success!

At the beginning of the course, the picture is almost always the same: the newcomers are initially very skeptical about the teaching content to be covered. On the first day, it doesn't seem realistic for most course participants to get a job in just under two months in addition to the many topics taught.

It is all the more gratifying for the participants of the ISE language and vocational training center when they successfully complete the course and are also able to get a job during the course or immediately after the course. Some pessimists sensed new opportunities after just a few lessons and exchanged their obvious basic skepticism for confidence, vigor and enthusiasm. In the last course from August 9, 2010 to October 1, 2010, 10 of a total of 12 participants found work, which corresponds to a placement rate of 83.3%. Very good results were also achieved in the previous courses. 31 of a total of 45 course participants have now taken up employment.

Several factors certainly play a role in the good results. According to the company philosophy of the ISE language and vocational training center, learning should not be neglected. It is important to ISE that every course participant, with all their weaknesses and strengths, is treated and supported individually. Also important is the pleasant course atmosphere and the understanding cooperation between course participants and lecturers and supervisors.

During the measure, knowledge on the topics of the labor market, application training and IT is imparted. An internship during the course increases professional opportunities and skills. Especially at the beginning of the course, the application documents are brought to a professional standard.

The ISE, together with the course participants, is happy about every integration success. After all, taking up a job is linked to an individual’s fate. The ISE will continue to be committed to supporting participants in finding jobs and training positions. Positive feedback – at the end of the course – always gives us new motivation.
