With this course, the ISE language and vocational training center, in cooperation with the AM-AS job center, is carrying out a measure to impart specialist skills and professional qualifications in the industrial, commercial and nursing sectors on a full-time basis. The course is specially designed for people with a migrant background and takes place in Amberg at Kaiser-Ludwig-Ring 9 (near the main post office).
The course includes a very varied and practice-oriented program. The participants can further develop their key qualifications and gain an overview of the situation on the labor market. As part of the application training, the application documents are completed and brought to a professional standard. The participants' communication skills for work and work are intensified. Furthermore, professional qualifications are imparted in various areas. An introduction to IT is still part of this course. The course program is rounded off by a four-week internship in which the participants can apply the specialist knowledge they have learned so far in practice.

- The costs of the measures are explained in the training contract. There are no costs for holders of an education voucher.
- Die Gesamtstundenzahl beträgt 1037 (725 Unterrichtsstunden und 312 Praktikumsstunden), 1 Unterrichtseinheit (UE) umfasst jeweils 45 Minuten, 1 Praktikumseinheit (PE) jeweils 60 Minuten.
- The entry requirement is personal and professional suitability. This is determined through tests (if necessary, an additional language test).
- Die Teilnehmenden erhalten ein ISE-Zertifikat mit den detaillierten Lehrgangsinhalten.
