Completed training is the most important recruitment criterion

Sulzbach-Rosenberg – Two-year retraining as a warehouse logistics specialist completed with great integration success

After two years of retraining, a small phase of life came to an end for the participants in the training occupation as warehouse logistics specialist: With the official handover of certificates on November 9th, 2011 at the Sulzbach-Rosenberg training center, the ISE language and vocational training center was able to complete the training after two years of intensive training, which began on October 1st, 2009 began and ended on September 30, 2011, releasing a large number of graduates into professional life. “When we started the course, we could never have imagined how quickly the time would fly,” was the general tenor of the event. Some saw the end of their “school days” with mixed feelings and looked back on the past two years with both joy and sorrow. It certainly wasn't always easy, but the hardships were ultimately worth it for everyone: a large number of the successful graduates were able to find a job during the last internship period.

Despite the exams, which were comparatively difficult in this “semester”, the group, with a few exceptions, successfully mastered the written and practical parts of the exam. For the few who failed one of the parts of the exam on their first attempt, they have the best chance of succeeding on their second attempt. “As close as this was, we’ll definitely make it when we try again!”

In any case, the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center can proudly report that the pass rate was already above average, especially for the practical parts in the Regensburg-Kelheim testing district, which were quite demanding this time, which is not least due to the hard work of the group and the professional level of training of the lecturers is to be thanked.

And so a sometimes strenuous but at the same time beautiful time came to an end. The employment agency's supervisor, Mr. Matthias Wiesnet, as well as the participants, the ISE management and the warehouse logistics lecturers were present at the ceremonial handing over of certificates. Mr. Wiesnet and the ISE Managing Director Peter Blendowski each made short speeches pointing out the enormous importance of a vocational qualification in today's job market, congratulated them on the successful start of work and the positive exam results and thanked the group for their trust and good cooperation.

The ISE language and vocational training center had organized a hearty snack for everyone, and so after the ceremonial handing over of certificates, everyone sat together in a friendly atmosphere to reflect on their own experiences in the course over the past two years in lively discussions.

“We will not rest on our laurels!” said ISE Managing Director Peter Blendowski, summing up his joy about the success on the one hand, but also aptly summed up his attitude and expectations for the future.

And so the staff at the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center is already looking forward to the next warehouse logistics retraining and to the new challenges that await them in the coming year. The institute wishes all fresh graduates a good start to their careers!
