Target group: People who are registered as looking for work/unemployed at the employment agency/job center and want to acquire, expand or deepen their knowledge in the sales area.
Financial support: If the personal requirements are met, funding can be provided by the employment agency or job center. For this purpose, an education voucher can be issued and redeemed at ISE.
Certificate of Participation: Participants receive an ISE certificate and a certificate of participation with the detailed course content.
Goal of the measure: The qualification serves to determine the suitability for participation in the subsequent Sales retraining (IHK) to produce.

Other important information:
- The costs of the measures are explained in the training contract. There are no costs for holders of an education voucher.
- The specialist literature provided is included in the cost of the measure.
- If necessary, an aptitude test will be carried out with the participant.
- The qualification includes
- full-time 1,053 teaching units* and 160 hours of operational testing*
- part-time, 675 teaching units* and 100 hours of operational testing
*Participants are granted 17 days of vacation. The vacation days are determined by the ISE and communicated at the start of the course.
- Note: The measure can also be continued in a hybrid form of teaching if the current Corona regulations require it. * 1 teaching unit corresponds to 45 minutes each
Certification: The ISE Language and Vocational Training Center is an approved provider under employment promotion law. Approved by the expert body of TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH – a certification body accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS).
