Interpretation in the commercial area with or without an internship (AVGS)

A measure for activation and professional integration in accordance with Section 45 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 SGB III

The ISE Language and Vocational Training Center has been imparting knowledge in a wide variety of areas for several years. The focus of the courses is on introducing participants to a training and workplace as well as identifying, reducing or eliminating barriers to placement in accordance with Section 45 Paragraph 1 SGB III. In the last courses, the majority of course participants were able to take up work subject to social security contributions or take up a training position through placement support activities at the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center.

Methodology and strategies in the measure:
• Frontalunterricht in sinnvoll portionierten Themenpaketen
• Projektarbeit zur Förderung von Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
• Arbeit in Kleingruppen zur Einschätzung von Sozialkompetenzen
• Autodidaktisches Lernen
• Praktische Unterweisungen und Betriebserkundungen
• Schnupperpraktika
• Persönliche Betreuung und Einzelgespräche
• Unterstützung bei der Vermittlung in Beschäftigung oder Ausbildung

Schwerpunkte: Hotel und Gastronomie, Logistik, Produktion, Umweltschutz, Kundenmanagement, Gabelstaplerausbildung (bei Bedarf)

Certification: The ISE Language and Vocational Training Center is an approved provider under employment promotion law. Approved by the expert body of TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH – a certification body accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS).
